COVID -19: access procedures for students, staff and guests

How to access Sapienza 

 

This page lists the procedures required to access Sapienza based on the measures adopted to address the COVID-19 outbreak.

Procedures for Students [April 29, 2022]

If you use the specific platforms to book an in-person lesson, a seat in the reading rooms or to collect a book at the libraries, your booking will also include the necessary self-certification to access the Sapienza buildings.

To access Sapienza for reasons other than in-person lectures or library activities, you must fill out the form with all the requested data. You will be asked to show the resulting PDF self-certification at the entrance of the Sapienza branch you are interested in.

In addition to your PDF self-certification (you do not need to print it. It can be saved on your smartphone or other devices), at the entrance, you will be asked to show an email or certification which confirms your appointment ( library, offices, exams, internships/laboratory activities, meeting with a professor etc.)

Procedures for Staff [April 29, 2022]

To access Sapienza, members of our staff (academic staff, administrative/technical staff, linguistic experts, research fellows, PhDs, specialising students) must fill out the form with all the requested data.  You will be asked to show the resulting PDF self-certification at the entrance of the Sapienza branch you are interested in. You do not need to print it. It can be saved on your smartphone or other devices.

Procedures for Guests and Visitors  [April 29, 2022]

To access Sapienza, external staff and visitors, including suppliers and journalists, must fill out the form with all the requested data.  You will be asked to show the resulting PDF self-certification at the entrance of the Sapienza branch you are interested in. In addition to the PDF self-certification (you do not need to print it. It can be saved on your smartphone or other devices), you will be asked to show an email or certification which confirms your appointment (delivery of supplies or parcels, maintenance, services, interviews etc.)
