Building Maintenance Requests

Sapienza, per migliorare l'efficienza degli interventi relativi alla manutenzione del patrimonio edilizio dell’Università nonché della gestione dei servizi connessi, ha introdotto nuove procedure di richiesta di intervento, supportate da un Sistema automatico di ticketing (ST). Le richieste di intervento devono essere inviate tramite apposito modulo web di segnalazione mediante il processo documentato nella presente pagina dedicata.

Access the online Ticketing system to send notices regarding ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and related services on the buildings and external areas of the Sapienza offices.


NOTICE: due to a malfunctioning in the electricity grid, tickets open between 5.00 and 10.57 of Friday, July 27 aren't available. Offices who sent e ticket in that time frame are required to verify their successful reception, and submit them again if the reception was unsuccessful. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In Attachment there is the user manual, the table of maintenance technicians, the codes identifying the buildings and the plans of the belonging structures. 

Requests for intervention for malfunctions and maintenance of equipment and heating systems are excluded. Those can be sent only using the methods indicated on the page request for thermo-management.

For all events occurring in non-work time and requiring urgent action, an emergency response service is activated with the procedures set out in circular no. 40261 of 26/06/2012.
