  • Reserved Protocol;
  • Personnel;
  • Mission travel and organisation;
  • Director General's participation at meetings and conferences;
  • Organisation of meetings for the Director General;
  • Relations with secreteriats of the Rector, Senior Deputy Rectors and other Deputy Rectors;
  • Relations with CODAU;
  • Other personal secreteriat tasks.
