DG Technical Secretariat

The Director General’s Technical Secretariat manages:

  • All technical and administrative support the Director General requires to manage administrative activities;
  • Formal review of all acts forwarded to the Director General, identification of anomalies and their resolution;
  • Research and studies to support the Director General in the resolution of juridical and economic issues concerning the university administration;
  • Drafting relevant documents and acts, also in collaboration with other administration offices;
  • Manage, on behalf of the Director General, activities related to performance cycles and their integration with the Strategic Support and Communications Area, the Organisation and Development Area (with the support of Human Resources) and the Accounting, Finance and Management Control Area;
  • Director General’s technical and institutional correspondence;
  • Document archives;
  • Direct Relations with Area Directors;
  • Other technical secretariat tasks.
