Online degree application procedure for Medicine and Surgery update
The Intermediary Committee CLMMC / CLMOPD in the meeting of 24 April 2018, established the deadlines for the student to upload their thesis and to approve it by the mentor, starting from the graduation session in June 2018:
- the thesis upload deadline is by the 15th of the month of the graduation session;
- the final thesis approval by the lecturer deadline is by the 17th of the month of the graduation session.
Failure to upload the thesis and / or its lack of approval by the supervisor, does not allow the graduation to be admitted to the graduation session. Please note that, in addition to what is required by the provisions, the graduating student can upload any document deemed useful to the evaluation of the relevant Graduation Commission. It is recommended to name each uploaded file clearly, to facilitate viewing procedures. It should be noted that the evaluation of international experiences recognized by the Faculty or the degree course can be assessed only if in the Lauree 2.0 system the graduate produces documentation from which it can be concluded that the students has done these international experiences (Erasmus +, Erasmus + Traineeship, Free-mover, Dissertation abroad).

Exam codes provided for by the training program
Please note that the exam taken from July 2017 with an incorrect code, different from the one provided by your training course, can no longer be corrected and will therefore be canceled automatically.
Procedures for exams authorized by another Degree course in Medicine
Please note that Infostud will no longer proceed with the manual conversion of the exam codes that the students perform in the other Degree Course in Medicine- for didactic continuity or for other reasons - IF THE COMPUTERIZED PROCEDURE IS NOT EXECUTED.
The exams that are not correctly booked and supported will be canceled by the competent Student Admissions Office.
