How to collect your Qualifying Degree If you have a Substitutive Qualifying Certificate

Bring at the State Exams Affairs Office:

  • the original substitutive qualifying certificate. In case it’s lost, it can be self-certificate its loss (self-certification form). If it has been stolen it must be handed a copy of the notice;

  • one tax stamp (16,00 euros) if the qualification has been obtained from the I session of the year 1981, to the II session of 2001 (included)

    Please Note: inside the University are not sold tax stamps.

How to collect your Qualifying Degree If you do not have a Substitutive Qualifying Certificate

Bring at the State Exams Affairs Office:

  • The receipt (not the Bank Transfer Request) of the payment of the regional fee done via bank transfer request; make super the print copy of the operation has the CRO or T.R.N code;

The amount of € 113,62 is valid only for graduated in the region Lazio. Graduates in other regions must ask fot the amount in their university or region.

(Within the university city are not sold stamps so we recommend you to purchase it before asking the offices).

  • Receipt of payment of Euro 70.00 (only if the certification was obtained from 1957 to 2001 -included-)

Power of Attorney

It is possible to delegate someone to collect your diploma. They must present a mandate with a copy of both the delegator and the delegatee's ID card.
