The Rector and Deputy Rectors' Office is in charge of:

• Appointments, and internal and external relations with other Rector's Offices;
• managing incoming and outgoing mail, whether confidential, institutional or personal;
• screening, and managing calls and emails;
• managing documentation relating to disciplinary procedures of academic staff;
• supporting Deputy Rectors in carrying out their duties;
• supporting Deputy Rectors in managing their incoming and outgoing mail;
• Deputy Rectors' meetings and other obligations;
• records and archives;
