• Proceedings for the completion of tenders and all the procedures for the selection of the private contractor.
• Assistance to the Service Managers, during the management of the related contracts, under the legal-contractual profile.
• Preliminary activities for the stipulation of contracts and supports the Official Rogante for contracts to be concluded in a public/administrative form.
• Service of drafting, management and updating of business listings for technical services and works.
• Advice on contractual activities to the structures with negotiating autonomy and the preparation of regulations in matters pertaining to their skills.  
• Promoting the electronic procurement of goods and services (e-procurement) and related instrumental activities such as: monitoring and planning of purchases, as well as the sharing of purchasing strategies. 
• Execution of the preliminary procedures for the activation of electronic catalogs, electronic tenders, the electronic market and of all initiatives for aggregating the demand for the Centers of Administrative Responsibility. 
• Care of the legal-contractual profiles of the services to the University buildings (local cleaning, street cleaning, maintenance of gardens, supervision, custody and guard) and to the users (photocopiers, rentals, maintenance of various equipment, meal vouchers), in collaboration with the Service Managers or in a principal and autonomous way.
