The Structures, Processes and Organisational Wellbeing Sector organizes studies and proposals drafting in order to identify areas for improvement in various field of the university: definition and monitoring of the criteria for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes; re-engineering of work processes; mapping of TAB staff's the skills for the purposes of recruiting, training and defining the staffing of the individual structures; analysis of individual and structural workloads; work satisfaction and general well-being; technical-administrative support to the CUG for the technical-administrative staff and to the CUG for professors; coordination of National Civil Service projects; management of relations with INAIL; Custodians housing assignment.

Prevention is a Form of Knowledge! Edition 2019


On Thursday, March 14, 2019 there was the second edition of Prevention is a Form of Knowledge! Edition 2019, a training and information day dedicated to teaching and technical-administrative staff. During the day, topics related to prevention were discussed, such as heart health, drug interaction, vaccination and nutrition.
