Soft skills: how to identify and train them
On Friday, February 2, 2024, from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, the job orientation webinar "Le competenze trasversali: come individuarle e allenarle" (Soft skills: how to identify and train them), organised by Sapienza Career Service, in partnership with Porta Futuro Lazio and open to students, graduands and graduates will be held on Zoom.
Soft skills are behaviours, habits, attitudes, predispositions that indicate how each of us approaches the world. In this webinar, we will analyse the main soft skills (teamwork, time management, leadership, effective communication, lateral thinking and creativity, adaptability/flexibility, autonomy/organisation, emotional intelligence and empathy) and how they can be developed and appropriately applied in different organisational or training contexts.
