1. In order to enrol in degree programmes years following the first, the first instalment of university tuition fees must be paid by November 9, 2023. The amounts are indicated in Chapter II. It is also possible to pay all three instalments in one lump sum by the same deadline.

Together with the amount of the tuition fees, any arrears and the regional tax for the right to study (if due) and stamp duty must be paid. The payment methods are described in Article 14.

The second instalment must be paid by December 21, 2023, and the third instalment by March 28, 2024.
