On Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 5.30 PM, the Rectorate building's Aula Magna will be hosting Giacomo Puccini's Concerto da Tosca, a unique event for opera lovers, bringing together the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma's “Fabbrica” Young Artist Program together with Sapienza's MuSa Classica orchestra and MuSa Polyphonic Choir.
The programme includes performances of Recondita armonia, Vissi d'arte, Prelude Act III (concerto di campane), E lucevan le stelle, and Te Deum.
Performing for the “Fabbrica” Young Artist Program will be soprano Sofia Barbashova, tenor Guangwei Yao and baritone Alejo Alvarez Castillo. The MuSa Classica orchestra and the MuSa Polyphonic Choir of Sapienza will be conducted by Demetrio Moricca and choir master Ludovico Versino.
