On Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 7.30 pm, violinist Giuliano Carmignola and cellist Mario Brunello will perform in the Aula Magna, Rectorate building, accompanied by the ensemble of the Accademia dell'Annunciata of Milan, conducted by Riccardo Doni (also playing the harpsichord). They will perform Sonar in ottava, an original project presenting famous double concertos by Bach and Vivaldi in a new version for violin and violoncello piccolo, a rare Baroque instrument. The programme will also include Händel's Concerto grosso op. 6 No. 1.
