No Women No Panel campaign
On Tuesday, January 18, at 4:00 pm, at the RAI headquarters in Rome, Rector Antonella Polimeni, on behalf of the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), will sign the Memorandum of Understanding "No Women No Panel - Senza donne non se ne parla", together with RAI President Marinella Soldi. The Italian Minister for Family and Equal Opportunities, Elena Bonetti, will also be attending.
No Women No Panel aims to raise awareness of gender balance in panels, debates, conferences, radio and television broadcasts, and communication activities.
Institutions and organisations from all over Italy are participating in the initiative promoted by the European Commission and organised by RAI, and will be attending the signing of the Memorandum. The President of the Italian Republic has also endorsed the project.
