Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 11.00 am, the results of the 31st edition of the Italy 2019 Report will be presented at the Great Hall by Gian Maria Fara, president of the Eurispes.

Over time, the Report has become a reference point for scholars, institutions, information systems and international observatories.
The Report develops around six dichotomies, illustrated through as many essays accompanied by sixty phenomenological cards. Therefore, through a dual reading of reality, issues that the Institute considers representative of the political, economic and social current situation of our Country.

The thematic dichotomies identified for the Italy 2019 Report are: Public/Private, Sovereignism/Mondialism, Labor/Technology, Identity/Difference, Reality/Representation, Security/Insecurity.

In this edition the Report is enriched by sample surveys on some topics: confidence in institutions, opinion on the work of the Government, the economic situation of families and consumption, the world of work, the euro and Europe, the opinion on ethical issues, the living will, the game with money winnings, the relationship of citizens with public television, the world of animals, new eating habits and the perception of security of citizens.

Moreover, are also dealt topics related to current events such as the crime world and the trafficking of human beings, the migratory phenomena seen through the media, the state of the museum network system, the innovation capacity of Made in Italy, the digital in museum goods, food waste, the development of microcredit, the creative recycling, the themes of work, volunteering, the use of drugs, fake news and the impact on consumption, the economy of beauty, and again, the business of football, vaccines, Big Data, alcoholism, smoking and sugar tax.
