
Sapienza first worldwide in Classical Studies for the fifth year running
Sapienza first in the world in Classics. The 2025 edition of the QS World University Rankings by Subject confirms for the 5th consecutive year Sapienza's absolute supremacy in Classics and Ancient History with a score of 99.1 and the national supremacy in two out of five subject areas: ‘Arts & Humanities’ and ‘Natural Sciences’, ranked 40th and 61st worldwide respectively.
The Ranking, published today, analyses 55 subjects grouped into 5 broad subject areas. Sapienza was ranked in 46 disciplines, registering an improvement at macro-area level, with 3 of them placed in the top 100 (Arts & Humanities, Natural Sciences, Engineering & Technology).
