Valentina Raparelli, a researcher at the Sapienza Experimental Medicine Department and currently a visiting professor in Canada, will participate in a new personalized medicine project at the prestigious research institute of McGill University Health Center.The objective of the study group, directed by Louise Pilote, is to integrate the topic of sex and gender dimensions in applied research on non-communicable diseases - such as cardiovascular problems - aiming to create approaches aimed at prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases.
