Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Staff Exchanges
The European Commission has published the 2025 MSCA Staff Exchanges call. This initiative aims to fund the international, cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary mobility of research and innovation staff.
Consortia comprising universities, research institutes, companies, SMEs and other non-academic organisations can participate in the call to bolster their research and innovation capabilities.
The programme's primary objective is to facilitate knowledge transfer. The proposed activities should therefore encourage participants to share their complementary skills through networking, workshops and conferences.
Staff Exchanges projects can last up to four years and fund secondments, which must have a minimum duration of one month and a maximum duration of 12 months per individual participant. To participate in a secondment, staff must have been actively involved in the research activities of their home organisation for at least one month, and they must return to their home organisation to share the knowledge they have acquired abroad.
The financial contribution for mobility is 2,710 euros (gross) per month/person, plus a contribution of 2,300 euros (gross) per month/person for research and management costs.
The deadline for submitting proposals is Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 5 pm.
More details and information on how to participate can be found on the call's page in the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal.
