The Systems Maintenance Office is part of the Building Management Area and is responsible for coordinated and joint planning as well as for monitoring, control and evaluation of the activities of its component units:

• Heating Management, Electrical Systems and Data Transmission Unit
• Energy Management Unit
• Hydraulics, Elevators and Fire Prevention Unit (in Italian)
