1.    Tuition fees increased by 50%. Candidates who are still enrolled in degree programmes under the old academic system (prior to Ministerial Decree 509/99) and who are not incurred in forfeiture pursuant to Article 36 of these Regulations must pay tuition fees with a 50% increase on the amount envisaged.

1.    Increased tuition fees. Those who enrol as fuoricorso students for the 2024-2025 academic year from the second year onwards must pay tuition fees with the surcharge indicated in Art. 29.

1.    Only to programmes under Ministerial Decree 270/04. The academic system switch envisages different procedures based on the academic system of the programme of origin and on the requirements and admission methods envisaged for the programme of destination. The academic system switch can only be made to Ministerial Decree 270/04 programmes. The change to Ministerial Decree 270/04 programmes and the relative recognition of credits is carried out on the basis of special conversion tables prepared by the Faculties.

1.    Self-certifications. It is possible to self-certify both one's academic qualification and the exams taken, except for cases in which the deposit of certificates is expressly required, particularly for educational activities carried out abroad. (Presidential Decree 445/2000 and subsequent amendments).

1.    Application for recognition of exams following forfeiture. Forfeited students, including those from other Italian universities, may enrol in a Ministerial Decree 270/04 programme and apply for recognition of exams taken.

These students must:

a)    Log in to Infostud and obtain a student ID number if they do not already have one. Upload (if not already present) their identity document from the "Profile>Personal Documents" section;

b)    carry out the admission procedures required for the chosen programme;

1.    The family bonus is a reduction in the amount of tuition fees due for those who have brothers, sisters, parents or children already enrolled at Sapienza University if they do not fall within the more favourable reduction ranges set out in Article 20. The amount of the reduction varies according to Isee:

The benefits listed in this Article apply to the amounts due according to students' Isee 2024 and cannot be combined with the reductions provided for in Article 20.

Those who benefit from the benefits listed in this article must pay the €140 regional tax and the €16 stamp duty.

1.    "95-99 School leaving exam" Bonus. Those who enrol in Academic Year 2024-2025 and obtained their high school diploma in the 2023-2024 school year with a grade between 95 and 99 out of 100 will benefit from a reduction in the contribution due of €300.
