1. Requirements and terms
The Alias career consists of a change in the student's career through the assignment of a temporary identity, which allows them to use a name of their choice within the University, different from their registered name. The Regulations for the activation and management of the alias career were issued by Decree No. 1109 of 5 May 2023.
2. Procedures
You must submit an application addressed to the Head of your administrative office using the procedures specified on the page https://www.uniroma1.it/it/node/28758
The application will be forwarded by the secretariat to the Rector's Office, which will summon you to sign the confidentiality agreement.
The agreement will then be sent to the Head of the Administrative Secretariat, who will enter the chosen name on Infostud.
3. Deadlines
You can submit your application at any time during the academic year.
