Your Student Affair Office is just one click away: all procedures are online and traceable

Sorting out all your administrative procedures is even easier and quicker. Now you do not need to print, sign, scan, apply anything or physically go to your Student Affairs Office.

  • All forms can be filled in online;
  • Tax stamps - when required – can be paid online;
  • Online submission for all applications

You will be asked to use your institutional email address to perform some procedures or access an online ticketing system for others. You will need your student ID number and Infostud password to access the latter.

Via the online ticketing system, you can track your application status any time, from the beginning to the end.

Active ticketing and e-mail procedures

You can use the online ticketing system to: 
 
  • Shorten your course
  • Change your academic system (old/new/current)
  • Freeze your studies due to enrolment in another course
  • Pause your career for one year
  • Edit/upload your Isee
  • Manage your fee payment
  • Withdrawal from studies 
  • Transfer to another university
  • Ask for credit recognition after withdrawal from studies 
  • Request the student-athlete status
 

Forms for procedures managed by the ticketing service will be opened directly in the system.

Note: forms do not have to be signed, even when the "signature" blank is present.

Do you want to know the deadline for paying your tuition fees? Or how to switch to part-time study? Or what is the difference between career interruption, suspension and freezing? Would you like to know more about university services?

For all requests that do not require submitting a form, you can contact the CIAO, again through the ticketing system.

If - according to your request - the intervention of the Student Affairs Office is necessary, CIAO will assign your ticket to the specific office.

If you have a foreign qualification, you can send a ticket to the HELLO office.
