1.    Increased tuition fees. Those who enrol as fuoricorso students for the 2024-2025 academic year from the second year onwards must pay tuition fees with the surcharge indicated in Art. 29.

2.    To avoid incurring a surcharge, it is possible to switch to part-time learning pursuant to Art. 50 of these Regulations or to request an academic system switch pursuant to Art. 38, if one's programme is still regulated by the Ministerial Decree 509/99 system (Resolution of the Board of Governors of April 19, 2011).

3.    Those who are enrolled as fuoricorso students are entitled to use the extraordinary exam dates if provided for by the Faculties (cf. Art. 40(6)).
