Student Affairs Offices

Available now via institutional email or video call

Due to the precautionary measures provided to contain the Covid-19 infection, until further notice, all Student Affairs Offices will only carry out their activities remotely.  Students can mail their requests, writing an institutional email directly to their Student Affairs Office or can Skype, during office hours, using the address indicated on the office's webpage.

In-person office hours only by appointment
In case of in-person procedures, the Student Affairs Office will fix a precise appointment with the student.

Online requests and virtual tax stamp

The student can also submit online by email a special request called "istanza online" by filling in the form "Istanze via mail" (“Request via email”) published on the "Student forms" page (in Italian). For students currently abroad or Italian students who cannot purchase a tax stamp, the Student Affairs Office – upon request – will mail the payment slip together with the tax stamp which can also be paid online by credit card.
