
The Rectress meets the Indian Ambassador to Italy
On Wednesday, April 28, Rectress Antonella Polimeni welcomed India's ambassador to Italy, Neena Malhotra, on a courtesy visit.
Sapienza has many Indian students enrolled and carries out numerous activities in collaboration with over 20 Indian universities and research institutions. In the three years 2018-2020, periods of residence at our University were funded for three Indian visiting professors in the Departments of Chemistry and Technology of Drugs, Chemistry and Public Health, and Infectious Diseases.
The Rectress and the Ambassador renewed the reciprocal will to increase the collaboration by intensifying the academic staff and student exchange programmes and the agreements on scientific research.
