Do you need help?
You are never alone at Sapienza! There is an office for every need you may have.
- For general information you can turn to the Ciao – Hello Office;
- For administrative procedures contact the relevant Student Office (Segreteria studenti);
- For academic issues (lesson time, schedule, exams, etc.) go to the SORT Office or use the on-line Infostud Platform;
Moreover, if you have any further issues, you can turn to student guarantors, faculty staff guarantors and student representatives.

Post-enrolment Services (activated after first instalment of tuition fees) – Would you like to receive more information?
After having paid your first instalment of tuition fees, you will have access to a Sapienza e-mail address, where you will receive all communications from the university on exams, important news and various other information. Please activate your university e-mailas soon as possible, so you don’t miss any important information!

Do you need a place to study at night?
You can study all night long in our 24-hour Reading Rooms
Do you need your Sapienza Card?
You can apply for your Sapienza Card on Infostud. The card allows you to access the 24-hour Reading Rooms and receive discounts at shops, cinemas, museums, libraries, etc.
How can I access the university wi-fi?
The Sapienza wi-fi is free. All you need are your Infostud credentials.
Do you need free software?
Sapienza provides free and reduced-cost software for research and didactic activities: Sapienza Software

The Sapienza Literary Café is a comfortable place to exhibit projects, present books, organise cultural events or hold your graduation party! It’s a cultural meeting point for the entire Sapienza Community. The Sapienza Literary Café is at the Faculty of Architecture in Piazza Borghese n. 9 on the corner with Via Ripetta n.118.
