Civis: are you a lecturer interested in submitting a BIP project?
The CIVIS Alliance has opened its sixth call for new Blended Intensive Programme (BIPs) proposals, inviting lecturers and researchers from partner universities to submit innovative projects. The deadline for submission has been set for December 10, 2024. It should be noted that this will be the only call for CIVIS BIP proposals that will take place in the academic year 2025/2026.
BIPs are intensive study programmes that combine face-to-face and online activities, offering participating students the opportunity to explore specific topics in an international context. On the other hand, these short mobility programmes allow academic staff to exchange views on teaching content, new curricular approaches and test innovative teaching methods that could eventually become part of a joint course or curriculum.
Eligibility criteria are as follows:
- proposals should involve at least 3 CIVIS member universities.
- the course topics must be developed around one of the 5 hubs of the CIVIS Alliance: health; cities, territories and mobility; climate, environment, energy; digital and technological transformation; society, culture, heritage.
For more information and to submit your proposal, please visit the CIVIS website.
