The CIVIS Alliance has launched around 50 Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) for 2024-2025. Students participate in online learning from home followed by a 5-day physical mobility at another CIVIS Alliance university. In this way, students have the opportunity to experience a shorter and more flexible study-abroad experience, without giving up a high-level educational activity.

The BIPs cover the five main themes of the Alliance: climate, environment and energy; society, culture, heritage; health; cities, territories and mobility; digital and technological transformation.

CIVIS mobility programmes are free of charge and open to students enrolled in one of the member universities. The costs of mobility are covered.
