Blood oranges contain anthocyanins, natural pigments with exceptional antioxidant powers, and about forty per cent more vitamin C than other citrus fruits.

Healthy and balanced nutrition can positively affect our lives and be a valuable ally if we also reduce risk factors such as sedentariness and obesity. A diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruit and legumes helps reduce the risk of developing various types of cancer. As recommended by the World Cancer Research Fund, it is important to limit animal fats (except fish) and simple sugars.

Cancer prevention starts with food. Donate!
