The University participates in the initiative launched by UNICA, the network that unites 51 universities of 37 European capitals, which aims to raise awareness among students and young people to participate in the vote for the European elections of May 23-26 (the 26th in Italy)

La Sapienza adheres to the “This time I’m voting” campaign promoted by Unica, the institutional network that brings together 51 universities from 37 different European capitals. The initiative, which runs in parallel both online and offline, aims to promote debate and confrontation within the university context and raise awareness among young people and students that will vote for the European elections of 23-26 May (in Italy the polls open on the 26th).

Unica - Network of Universities from the Capitals of Europe is committed to promoting the active role of universities in the debate on Europe and believes in the responsibility of higher education institutions to encourage participation and voting, especially for students and young people .

After the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome and the "Open Lessons on Europe" that involved La Sapienza, Tor Vergata and Roma Tre, this is another campaign that involves our University and emphasizes the profound link with the European Union.
