Sapienza wins ten Marie Skłodowska-Curie 2020 Fellowships
Sapienza has been awarded ten Marie Skłodowska-Curie grants, for total funding of €2,097,046.56. With this result, the best obtained to date, Sapienza is the third University in Italy for the number of grants awarded within this important European research programme.
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie programme funds excellent researchers to carry out innovative research projects at a European or non-European organisation other than their own.
Thanks to the result of the 2020 call, Sapienza will recruit ten researchers from Switzerland, Belgium, France, United Kingdom and Germany who have chosen our University to carry out their research project. The projects will be conducted in collaboration with important foreign institutions such as New York University, the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, Macquarie University, the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the International University of Rabat. Sapienza thus strengthens its international dimension, also in the field of research.
