The University of Tübingen organises a CIVIS blended learning short course on food history open to Bachelor and Master students. Enrollment ends October 30
The University of Tübingen organises a short course open to all Bachelor and Master students majoring in History, Anthropology or Literature. Online classes will start in November and will continue with an intensive seminar that will take place in-person at the University of Tübingen. Applicants must submit a short statement in English, specifying the reasons for their interest in the course by October 30. The course is part of the CIVIS activities.
