HOW TO CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR APPLICATION
Can I change my application form at a later time?
You can modify your application up to the confirmation and submission stage. After submission it will no longer be possible to change it.
I took the CLA test in the November 2021/January 2022 session and once I get to step 9 I cannot proceed to fill out the application form
For students taking the test on November 22-26, 2021 or January 17-21, 2022, results will be uploaded in their application form (if opened by the student) by February 15, 2022.
Test results are already available on Moodle at https://elearning.uniroma1.it/grade/report/user/index.php?id=14318.
Please note that for those who already have reasons to be exempt from the tests, the choice of locations in the application is unblocked.
Please wait for your result to be uploaded and notified by email before mailing candidaturaerasmus@uniroma1.it and cla.erasmus-outgoing@uniroma1.it
I have made mistakes in filling out my application form, but the procedure has already been completed and submitted. Can I still cancel it?
Please get in touch with the person in charge of the procedure (art. 13 of each call), who will assess whether or not to accept your request.
EXAMS
Can I self-certify exams that are not on Infostud?
During the selection process, all the CFUs (credits) acquired up to the moment of submitting your application will be taken into consideration and assessed, only for exams recorded on Infostud. However, for exams taken before the deadline but not yet recorded on Infostud, you can self-certify them in the appropriate section of the application form.
CIVIS
Are there any special requirements for applying to a CIVIS European Alliance university? If I take part in the CIVIS mobility, will I be precluded from going on Erasmus+?
The requirements are the same for all students participating in the selection process, as it is the same Erasmus mobility and depends on the host location. You may only be assigned to one mobility programme.
ENROLMENT YEAR
In the 2018-19 academic year, I enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering. In the 2019-20 academic year, I transferred onto a different course in the Faculty of Economics and started again from year 1. In which year am I actually enrolled to receive the MUR and Sapienza contributions?
The MUR and Sapienza contributions will be paid to students who are not enrolled in years after their first year "fuori corso" (beyond the allotted time to attain a degree). For the counting, we will refer to the year of enrolment in Sapienza, even in the case of a course transfer.
You can check this on Infostud or by contacting your Student Affairs Office.
VARIOUS ISSUES
I am enrolled in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine, but I will be taking the test for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in September. If I win the mobility, can I use it for both faculties?
No, you will only be able to access the mobility programme related to the call for applications that you have applied for.
I am attending a Bachelor's degree programme, but I will be applying for a Master's degree programme (cycle II); what happens if I win the Erasmus mobility, but I cannot enrol in the first year of the Master's degree programme?
If you cannot enrol in the next programme, as you do not have the status of a Sapienza student, you will not be able to benefit from Erasmus mobility.
I would like to apply for mobility to do my thesis. Should I apply as an Erasmus student, or should I wait for a specific call for applications?
There is a specific section in the application where you can indicate the educational activity that you intend to carry out during your Erasmus. We advise you to discuss the educational aspect in more detail with the agreement's promoter indicated in the call for your degree programme.
I tried to apply, but the system won't let me access the online application form. What should I do?
Before applying, please make sure your course is among those admitted to selection by clicking the drop-down menu in your Call. Click here to consult the calls: https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/bandi-erasmus-2021-2022-studio .
Besides, make sure that you have selected the Call of your faculty from the drop-down menu. If your faculty has published more than one Call, make sure you have chosen the one for the educational area referred to your degree programme. For further information, please contact the RAEF of your faculty ( https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/referenti-amministrativi-erasmus-di-fa... ).
I have not yet started to fill in the online application form because I am waiting to take one last exam, which will take place a few days before the Call deadline: how can I make sure that I do not miss the opportunity to book the language test(s)?
We recommend that you start your online application and book your language test(s) as soon as possible to have the broadest possible availability of dates and times. The online application synchronises itself with the exam data on Infostud.
Besides, even after you have booked and taken the language test(s) until you close the online application, you can self-certify any exams you have taken before the deadline but have not yet been recorded on Infostud. Please use the appropriate section of the application form to self-certify your exams.
