The Unit deals with affiliations related to training and non-formal training, focusing on transversal skills.

In particular:

• agreements with external public and private bodies for the training network of medical specialisation schools;
• affiliations for formal and non-formal training projects in agreement with businesses, professions, public administration and the not-for-profit sector; 
• support for initial and continuous training activities for secondary school teachers; 
• support for understanding with Istituti Tecnologici Superiori (ITS Academy); 
• support for the conclusion of agreements for higher technical education and training (IFTS) courses; 
• support for the management and implementation of the List of cross-cutting, work orientation and entrepreneurial skills;
• support for the development of micro credentials;
• management of Open Badges for skill certification;
• support for ANVUR's TECO (TEst on COmpetences) project; 
• support for the management of the Italian Erasmus national mobility programme;
• support for Sapienza's ECM - Continuing Medical Education;
• support for the management of Sapienza's MOOC catalogue; 
• support for other training activities, also in agreement with organisations and companies that do not grant CFUs.
