This benefit provides for a flat annual enrolment fee for the degree programme of only €30, plus the regional tax of €140 and stamp duty of €16, and is granted if you do not fall within the scope of more favourable reductions (Articles 44, 55, 57).
To be eligible for this benefit, you must have:

- at least one parent who meets one of the conditions set out in Article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 118 of 1971:
- recipient of a civil disability pension;
- civil blindness;
- a war orphan or war mutilated/disabled person;
- mutilated or disabled due to work or service.
If the disability or invalidity condition applies to you and not to your parent, the exemption conditions set out in Article 56 apply.
