To enrol in years after the first of bachelor's and master's degree programmes, you must pay the enrolment fees by the deadlines specified in Art. 19. The amounts are indicated in Chapter IX. 

Together with the enrolment fees, you must pay any outstanding amounts, the regional tax for the right to education (if due) and stamp duty. The payment methods are described in Article 43.
