1. Benefits and conditions

This benefit provides for a flat annual enrolment fee for the degree programme of only €30, plus the regional tax (€140) and stamp duty (€16), and is granted if you do not qualify for more favourable reductions (Articles 44, 56, 57).

To qualify for this benefit, you must:

- have an ISEE for the right to university education not exceeding €13,000;

- be a “victim of terrorism or organised crime” as defined in Art. 9 of Law 302 of 1990. The benefit also applies if the condition is attributed to a first-degree relative.

2. Procedures

To submit your application, follow the procedures specified on the page https://www.uniroma1.it/it/node/28758, attaching the documentation certifying your entitlement to the benefit.

After assessment, the Administrative Office will issue a payment slip for the flat contribution.

3. Deadlines

If you enrol in years after the first, the deadline for applying for the benefit is 6 November 2025.

If you enrol in the first year, the deadline is the same as that specified in the call for applications/notice for the payment of the first instalment of the programme enrolment fees.
