Once again this year, the Saperi&Co section of Sapienza Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub (SIEH) will coordinate and support Sapienza’s participation in the 14th edition of Maker Faire Roma EU, which will take place at the Gazometro Ostiense from October 23 to 25, 2026. 
This edition will focus in particular on: #Technology and Innovation #Sustainability #Science and Health #Creativity and Culture #Education and Society, with a special place reserved for MakeLab – Creiamo insieme! – the area dedicated to hands-on workshops where participants can experiment with practical activities based on the principle of learning by doing.

Sapienza is taking part in the Call for Universities and Research Institutes by selecting the most innovative proposals from students, researchers, lecturers and administrative staff, giving priority to those who submit: 

• a working prototype; 
• proposals that demonstrate a high level of creativity, innovation and originality; 
• projects that actively engage visitors and showcase not only the final result but also the process of conception and creation.
