On Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 11.00 am, in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Architecture, the event "100 years of Architecture at La Sapienza" will be held to celebrate the centenary of the foundation of the School of Architecture at the University of Rome. Two main events will be opening the celebrations at the historic headquarters of the Faculty of Valle Giulia: a multimedia exhibition and one dedicated to archival materials on the figure of the architect, their role in society and modern urban culture. The ceremony will be attended by the Minister of University and Research Gaetano Manfredi, the Rector of Sapienza Eugenio Gaudio and the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture Anna Maria Giovenale
