From October 9 to December 5, the Teatro Ateneo will be hosting the first "Cineforum Lib(e)riamoci" film club focused on gender-based violence. The event is in Italian. 

Cinema can truly be a powerful weapon to open minds to confrontation, to the communication necessary for the critical education and intellectual, social and civic growth of young people, to shed light on an unfortunately widespread scourge and to contribute to awareness and prevention.

On Monday, October 9, the first film on the programme will be Mustang,by director Deniz Gamze Ergüven, followed by a conversation with the audience with Elisa Ercoli, Fabrizia Giuliani and Mara Matta. The event will be hosted by Loretta Bondì and is free of charge with mandatory booking.
