CyberChallenge.IT 2022: free cybersecurity training programme
CyberChallenge.IT is back and ready to welcome young people aged between 16 and 24 to the world of cybersecurity.
35 Italian universities, including Sapienza, will be hosting the free programme during spring 2022. The teams involved will compete in local and national competitions, and the best will have the chance to join the Italian National Cyber Defender Team and compete in the European Cybersecurity Challenge next autumn.
Registration is open until January 26, 2022. The perfect opportunity to learn, have fun and lay the foundations for an exciting career in cybersecurity. No prior knowledge of cybersecurity is required, only good logic and programming skills.
The Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering (Diag) in Via Ariosto 25 will be hosting the courses from February to May 2022, on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, after an online pre-test on January 29, 2022, and an admission test on February 2, 2022.
If the ongoing COVID-19 emergency worsens, the training will be held online; otherwise, some lessons will be held face to face at the Department.
CINI Cybersecurity National Laboratory organises CyberChallenge.IT supported by the Intelligence System for the Security of the Italian Republic and the Ministry of Defence.
