On Monday, June 20, 2022, Saperi&Co, the Sapienza centre dedicated to innovation, presents its latest projects. The first floor of the Palazzina Tumminelli will be hosting the presentation event of 'Dalle idee ai prototipi' exhibition, and a multisensory eating lab entitled 'Taste without waste' will take place in the gardens in front of the Faculty of Law. "Dalle idee ai prototipi" brings together some of the Centre's most significant research, service and outreach activities developed with Sapienza faculty, researchers and students, or external companies. It will be open to the public from 6 pm on June 20 until June 24, 2022 (9 am - 2 pm). "Taste without waste", created by Design Food House and Saperi&Co in collaboration with Sapienza in Movimento, proposes a Multisensory Eating Lab on food sustainability and "Mindful eating"
