The European Commission bestowed the "Human Resources Excellence in Research" Award on Sapienza
On November 16 the EC awarded Sapienza with the Human Resources Excellence in Research Award, implementing the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. Our University's commitment to continuously improve its human resources policies in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers was therefore acknowledged. The procedure, launched in 2018, included a broad representation of staff directly involved in research activities, as well as administrative staff involved in career management and support to researchers' activities.
The work was carried out through numerous meetings and was coordinated by the Deputy Rector for Research and Technology Transfer and led to the elaboration of the documents necessary for the bestowal of the "HR Excellence in Research" Award, i.e. the Gap Analysis document.
