Fabrizio Frezza from the Department of Information Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, was elected member of the Quadrato alla Radio Association comprising the most distinguished members of the telecommunication field.

The association, whose name comes from the shape of the antenna used by Guglielmo Marconi, was founded with the fundamental aim of contributing to the development and progress of telecommunications in Italy, considered an effective tool for achieving an increasingly civilised coexistence among people, improving their quality of life.
