International meeting with the delegation from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK
On February 12, 2020, a visiting delegation from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK – Rome met Sapienza University of Rome. The University of Kent's postgraduate centre in Rome offers its students Classical and Renaissance Studies.

During the meeting, both universities introduced themselves and talked about their activities and possible collaboration on Classical Studies. They also discussed the CIVIS Alliance – the European Civic University – an integrated university environment with 400,000 students and 55,000 academic and technical-administrative staff. CIVIS promotes multilingualism and the diversity of European culture.
