On Monday, April 15th, there will be a meeting in the Aula magna of the Rectorate dedicated to teachers about how to change and improved and enriched the teaching work of university professors.

During the morning will be discussed the methods and tools with which reinforce the students' skills, how the teaching can be made more effective, what is the flipped classroom, how do you do active teaching in a noisy class, what is the blended learning through the moodle platform.

The event is promoted by the Teaching Quality and Innovation Work Group (GDL-QuID), already engaged in compulsory initial training for incoming teachers, which responds to the requests of Sapienza professors who want to reflect about and innovate their own teaching method. During the event the first four thematic meetings related to specific educational issues will be presented:

  • Teaching practices for active learning
  • How to choose and design an exam
  • How to use IT platforms for effective teaching
  • Requirements for effective coordination of a teaching area or a study programme
