On Monday, January 9, Sapienza hosted a Virtual Influencer for the first time during a graduation session open to the public.
Giulia Zezza, a student in the Master's degree programme in Organisation and Marketing for Corporate Communication from the Department of Communication and Social Research, presented a thesis on the use of virtual influencers in advertising communication, carried out with lecturer Paola Panarese.
At the end of the thesis discussion, a meeting was held with Nefele, the first Italian Virtual Influencer created by Nefid, a company active in creating hyper-realistic, metaverse ready and sustainable 3D avatars.
