Musei in Musica 2023

On November 25 nine Sapienza museums will be hosting the evening event "Musei in Musica", with free guided tours and several concerts performed by the MuSa orchestras and Sapienza bands

On Saturday, November 25, nine Sapienza museums will be hosting the evening event "Musei in Musica", promoted by Roma Culture, the Capitoline Superintendence for Cultural Heritage with the organisational coordination of Zètema progetto cultura.

Nine Sapienza museums will be participating from 8 pm to 12 am hosting jazz, classical, ethnic and blues concerts organised by the MuSa (Musica Sapienza) orchestras and choir - the project coordinated by Daniele Gorla, president of the MuSa commission - and the bands Gli ottavi inclusi and Salt street band.

The rich programme includes an opening concert by the MuSa jazz orchestra at 8 pm in the Odeion Hall and will continue with guided tours in all museums (also in English), exhibitions and musical performances in the museums of Etruscan and Italic Antiquities, Classical Art, Chemistry, Geography, of Origins, Museum-Laboratory of Contemporary Art, Earth Sciences, History of Medicine and Near Eastern Egypt and the Mediterranean.
