The Musica è resistenza project will be launched on Wednesday, May 7, at 10 AM at the Library of Lingue e letterature straniere in the Marco Polo Building, Circonvallazione Tiburtina 4, with a presentation speech by Marina Pierlorenzi, provincial president of ANPI (National Association of Italian Partisans) in Rome, and live music by Giorgio Monari. The project, which commemorates the 80th anniversary of the Italian Liberation and the end of the Second World War (1945) and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Saigon and the end of the Vietnam War (1975), will be open until May 18 to proposals from artists and university groups, with musical programmes freely dedicated to the idea of resistance
