Regulations on simultaneous enrolment in two higher education courses have been officially published (Gazzetta Ufficiale no. 98 of 28 April 2022. Law no. 33 of 12 April 2022).

As per the new law, each student will be able to enrol simultaneously in two different Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes or Advanced Professional Courses (Master, in Italian), even at several universities, schools or higher schools and institutions with special charter.

At the same time, the measure prohibits the simultaneous enrolment in two Bachelor's or Master's degrees belonging to the same class, or in the same Advanced Professional Course (Master, in Italian), even at two different universities, schools or higher schools and institutions with special charter.
